The owner was clear about the scope of the work and made helpful recommendations all the way through the process. As for quality, they went beyond expectations. Floor, drywall, framing, electrical and plumbing, everything done expertly. The tile work was incredible. I will be a return customer.

We had old original wood flooring that also needed some boards replaced. He repaired the old flooring and then refinished the it in warm walnut satin finish that looks so beautiful! Very easy to work with, always on time and very professional! Would highly recommend him!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We called Nehemias on a Friday and he offered to stop by our house that weekend. He provided his bid while onsite, which seemed very fair, but we were getting other quotes so we waited for those other bids. In the end, Best Flooring had the best price and the references all came back great so we went ahead and scheduled the work. Nehemias offered to do the job on the weekend as it was the only date available in the next couple of weeks. As we left the house for a couple days due to fumes from the floors curing, Nehemias was diligent to keep us informed of how it was going. He sent updates as the work progressed and pictures along the way. Our house was left in good shape and we were actually surprised how little dust was in the house in both the rooms they worked in and the adjacent rooms that they thoroughly sealed off with plastic. Our refinished floors look great and while we shouldn’t have to refinish them again anytime soon, we definitely will call Nehemias the next time we need his services.

The primary work needed was a tile backsplash installation to complete the kitchen cabinet and countertop remodel done a couple months prior. That quickly morphed into a full master bath remodel and painting and installation of two entry doors. He was very flexible with timing, showing up on schedule and putting in extra time when those unforeseen issues come about. Workmanship of the final product is top-notch all the way around! Will definitely be using his services moving forward! Only wish I knew about him when I needed my floors done!

We needed to refinish our hardwood floor and looked at several chain stores and smaller "mom and pop". I cannot express how impressed I was with their service! He squeezed me into his schedule so that I could move to our new house. The floors look so much brighter! I felt like I blinked and the works was done. I thought their price was fair and they held to their estimate even after encountering unforeseen difficulties. We would definitely recommend Best Flooring Innovation LLC to our friends and family!!
